ICT DBA & BI Analyst

We’re seeking a talented individual to design, develop, and maintain efficient data and data warehousing solutions, while managing
our SQL Server estate to ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance.
In this role, you’ll support both Business Intelligence (BI) and operational needs through robust data modelling, integration, and
administration. You’ll play a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation, while adhering to best
practices in security, compliance, and governance. In addition to technical responsibilities, you will also line manage a member
of the data team—providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them thrive in their role.
What you'll be doing
* Design and implement scalable data warehousing and integration solutions.
* Maintain and optimise the SQL Server environment.
* Develop and support BI reporting frameworks and dashboards.
* Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across systems.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
About You:
You will have experience of working in a similar role with the following skills and experience:
* Proven experience with SQL Server and data warehousing.
* Strong understanding of BI tools and data modelling techniques.
* Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security standards.
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Experience in the housing sector is a plus, but not essential.
