What's the job?

Leading a small but dedicated team, you’ll travel around local stores to deliver range changes that make our displays stand out in a competitive market. You’ll be involved in everything from planning the change, doing the practical tasks required and working out the most efficient ways to deliver the project on time. You’ll motivate, reward and inspire your team, learning and adapting to discover better ways of working, as you go.  

What we need:

Enthusiastic about creating an excellent customer experience, you’ll be a determined and strategic team player. You’ll welcome the opportunity to progress your career by learning new skills in project and people management, and you’ll be willing to share this expertise when you return to your store at the end of your contract. This is a physically demanding job, and you’ll be working long shifts Monday-Thursday – so it’s not for everyone. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team. You will need to be confident in problem solving and leading change. We are looking for someone with experience leading a team. You will be organised and efficient and have a keen eye for detail.
