The Role - Product Support Engineer

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineering troubleshooter to join a highly successful and thriving aerospace engineering business in a returned unit’s support engineering position.

You will be leading on and linking technical investigations with customer engagement to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely fashion.

Duties - Product Support Engineer

• Drive technical investigations and resolve scheduling challenges
• Host customer visits related to returned units
• Manage customer expectations and progress timelines
• Author and support aftermarket technical documentation
• Collaborate with internal engineers to rectify and improve products

Background - Product Support Engineer

• Practical engineering problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication
• Commercial awareness – customer facing
• Engineering qualification preferred
