OFFICE BASED



The Role



You will be the first point of contact for our clients Domestic Abuse Service (WDDAS), delivering helpline and referral support. The role involves triaging referrals, assessing risk, ensuring immediate safety, and coordinating with partner agencies to support victims of domestic abuse.



Key Responsibilities



Manage helpline enquiries and referrals.
Assess risks and needs of clients, prioritising high-risk cases.
Provide immediate support, safety planning and signposting.
Maintain accurate case records and contribute to service development.
Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners.



What the Client is Looking For



Substantial experience in domestic abuse support.
Strong understanding of safeguarding and risk assessment.
Excellent crisis management, communication and IT skills.
IDVA qualification, relevant degree or equivalent experience.



What the Client Offers



£17.12 per hour PAYE.
