Summary
Take instructions on Financial Remedy, Divorce and child matters
Work on cases from start to finish
Negotiate with the other side and draft financial consent orders for clients
Draft position statements and witness statements for client’s child arrangement orders
Assist clients in obtaining a divorce; commencing with drafting and filing their divorce petition to concluding their matter by obtaining their Decree Absolute
Regularly communicate with clients on the progress of their cases and give necessary legal advice
