Are you passionate about language and detail? Do you thrive in a well-organised environment and have a knack for written English? If so, we want you to join our Communications team!

In this role, you'll be the backbone of our communication efforts, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, raising orders and invoices and handling general administration tasks with precision.

Your keen eye for detail will be essential as you check and edit web and intranet content, making sure everything is clear and accurate before publication.

You'll schedule social media posts and coordinate responses to public comments and messages, keeping our online presence engaging and responsive.

We're looking for someone with experience in an administrative function, strong organisational and time management skills, and excellent proficiency in MS Office programmes. Most importantly, you should have an excellent command of written English.

If you're a proactive and organised individual with a passion for communications and digital support, we would love to hear from you.

We operate a ‘hybrid working’ model with a mix of office based, home and remote working available when suitable. The contractual base will be office based with agreed flexibility to work from home or at remote working locations in the borough when suitable, though regular attendance at the office in Hinckley will be required.
