Crynodeb
First Choice Staff Manchester is working with a well-established global logistics provider; seeking for a Logistics Agent to join the Team based in Liverpool. If you have the aptitude to show your own initiative and have a keen eye for detail, this could be the rewarding role for you.
This is a full time position working Monday-Friday from 12:00hrs - 21:00hrs.
Duties:
Setting up the warehouse for outbound and inbound operations.
Processing outbound shipments and exporting truck departure activities.
Moving Courier vehicles into positions.
Dealing from small and up to pallet size shipments.
Covering the depot's reception and dealing with return consignments.
Assisting with other administrative and operational tasks, as and when required.
Key skills and requirements:
Full UK Driving licence required.
Strong communication skills.
Computer literacy.
Willingness and capability to undertake FLT training.
Enthusiastic, on the go and great team player
As per DfT/CAA legislation 5 years referencing
CRB Check/Basic Disclosure
Previous experience in Freight or Cargo Logistics would be great advantage but not essential.
