Key Objectives
• Conduct thorough inspection and polishing activities to meet customer quality standards.
• Assist the Technical Manager with various tasks across our vibrant paint facility, including jigging, loading, prepping, cleaning, spraying, mixing, packing, labelling, and maintaining overall housekeeping.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Polish and inspect components in alignment with quality standards.
• Verify identification and quality of finished goods to ensure Right First Time (RFT).
• Identify, contain, and document rejected products to maintain quality integrity.
• Inspect internally painted products to ensure they meet customer specifications.
• Ensure correct packaging and labelling of finished goods for efficient delivery.
• Maintain high standards of 5S housekeeping throughout the facility.
