The Best Connection are recruiting experienced Automotive Polishers to join an established automotive manufacturer in South Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a temporary-to-permanent role with a reputable company (subject to a successful skills test).
Key Responsibilities:-
Polishing and finishing automotive body panels to a high standard

Using polishing equipment, compounds, and materials effectively

Inspecting work to ensure a flawless finish before handover

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Previous experience in automotive polishing (essential)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

06:00 - 14:00 (AM shift) → £13.25/hr

14:00 - 22:00 (PM shift) → £13.75/hr
-
22:00 - 06:00 (Night shift) → £14.25/hr
