The Package

Temporary contract (up to June 2026 with the possibility of extension)
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
On-site with some home working
Salary of £31,158 per annum
Minimum of 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)

The Role – Data & Performance Officer

We are looking for a Data and Performance Officer who will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and reporting on data to support performance monitoring, strategic planning, and service improvement. This role ensures data integrity and provides actionable insights to help the organisation meet its performance targets and improve operational effectiveness.


Our Requirements – Data & Performance Officer

Qualification in data analytics, statistics or related field OR relevant experience
Knowledge of performance frameworks and benchmarking
Knowledge of data reporting software systems
Ability to work independently
High standards of work
Accurate record management
Experience in the use of data tools such as Excel
Ability to communicate clearly
Basic Welsh language skills
A basic DBS check is required for this role
