What skills and experience we're looking for
Are you planning ahead and looking for a new challenge to start as soon as possible? Would you like to be part of a dedicated team and help transform a child’s life? If you’re passionate about making a difference and understand the importance of supporting the most vulnerable in our society, we’d love to hear from you. You don’t need extensive training before starting—just enthusiasm, a genuine interest in working with children, and a willingness to learn. We are currently seeking Teaching Assistants to join our team at Booker Park School, supporting students with a range of special educational and complex needs. Also, as part of Buckinghamshire Council, you’ll enjoy:
• Financial rewards and discounts at local shops, cafés, and restaurants

Our curriculum is structured to give students the opportunity to explore a wide range of subjects in a supportive and inclusive environment. We provide high-quality education and care, supported by a multidisciplinary team of therapists and professionals who deliver tailored therapies to meet each student’s needs.
Facilities include:
• Access to swimming at our primary site
• A rebound therapy centre
• Purpose-built outdoor spaces, including a MUGA (Multi-Use Games Area) and playground equipment
We offer:
• An excellent training package for staff
• A fantastic opportunity to join an innovative and forward-thinking team.
• A therapeutic and unique learning environment
• Convenient access to bus and train links
• On-site parking for staff
