Summary
Bestmunch Ltd, trading as French Tacos UK, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Chef. The Chef will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality French Tacos and other menu items, ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and presentation. The role requires strong culinary skills, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
Main duties include:
• Prepare, cook, and present French Tacos and other menu items according to company recipes and standards.
• Ensure all dishes are served with consistency in portion size, flavour, and quality.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and minimise food waste.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to follow proper cooking techniques and safety procedures.
• Conduct regular checks of food preparation and storage areas.
Skills & Education
• Proven experience as a Chef or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation.
• Excellent time management, Organisation, and multitasking skills.
• Creativity in developing and improving menu items.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
