Summary
Job Title: HMO Property Inspector
Reports To: Director
We are looking for someone with an excellent eye for detail, this will be crucial to help safegaurd our tenants and help us solve any issues there may be in a property.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct routine property inspections to assess condition and maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with HMO regulations.
- Identify and document any hazards/defects or code violations.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with photos and recommendations.
- Complete follow up checks on completed repairs to ensure quality and compliance.
- Communicate with tenants and property managers effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and maintenance activities.
- Stay updated on changes to HMO regulations and best practices.
Qualifications include:
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
Full UK driving license
Ability to travel
