Location: London - With flexibility to travel across the region

Starting Salary: £30,000 per annum

Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k

Starting date: September 2026

What you will be responsible for?

As a Graduate Bid Writer, you'll be working within the Pre-construction team to win work across our target sectors: education, healthcare, commercial and residential. You will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and developing quality written content, which will help us articulate our proposals to clients in the best possible way. This role is designed for a recent graduate eager to launch a career in bid management.

What will your day-to-day duties include?

-Assisting in the overall management and coordination of construction tenders from start to finish

-Supporting the Preconstruction Managers in developing written content for our bids, putting technical information in a style appropriate for clients

-Working with the business development, marketing and project lead to develop a win strategy, and weave win themes throughout the bid

-Participating in site visits to learn about our projects and gather project data, evidence and case studies for use in our bids and marketing materials

-Supporting the development of the bid library and contributing to our collateral

-Attend client and consultant meetings relevant to your bid responses, to test and develop the solution with our technical teams

-Shadow our commercial, estimating, planning, design and engineering teams to discover more about these critical roles and opportunities for your career.
