Multi-Skilled Gas Engineer – Service & Maintenance (South of England)
Location: Covering the South of England (No Callouts)

Our client is seeking an experienced and versatile Multi-Skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join their service and maintenance team. The ideal candidate will hold both commercial gas qualifications and either Air Conditioning, HVAC, or F-Gas certification. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, maintenance, and reactive repairs across a range of commercial sites. This role doesn’t involve any callout rota.
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive service calls on a range of commercial boilers, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose faults, identify solutions, and perform repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Work across various commercial sites, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Provide clear and concise service reports and communicate effectively with clients and office staff.
Key Requirements:
• Current commercial gas qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, TPCP1, etc.).
• Air Conditioning / HVAC qualification or F-Gas (Category 1).
• Proven experience in commercial service and maintenance engineering.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
