Summary
We are currently seeking to appoint a talented, enthusiastic and passionate Study Support and Cover Supervisor. The successful candidate will supervise whole classes during short term absence of teachers, support students in key stage four to make excellent progress and support with the implementation of an excellent careers programme across all key stages.
The role will include delivering and tracking targeted academic interventions for KS4 students to help raise attainment, close learning gaps and to provide feedback to staff, particularly in Social Sciences. This role is aimed at candidates who want to progress into teaching, and as such the candidate should have, or be willing to undertake, a degree.
The successful candidate will support the implementation of an outstanding careers programme that supports all learners to progress successfully into post-16. The candidate should have a willingness to undertake level 6 careers training.
