This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £65,241 plus a 3% bonus. After a 6-month probationary period, enjoy the flexibility of blended working with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Job Purpose: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will support our commercial team on long-term contracts and client projects. You will manage commercial matters, ensuring compliance with standards and maximizing profit delivery. Your role includes supporting a commercial project team, managing sub-contractors, and providing professional quantity surveying support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead or support on a portfolio of contracts and client projects.
- Ensure project delivery teams comply with contracts.
- Collaborate with partners to ensure project progress.
- Prepare tender documentation and conduct full tender analysis.
- Manage workload to allocate resources effectively.
- Produce quality reports and assess contractor applications.
- Advise on contract application and interpretation.
- Manage change control procedures and resolve contract issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience in quantity surveying and managing varied contracts.
- Commercial activity experience in a client-led construction environment.
- Preferably formally qualified in quantity surveying or a relevant business discipline.
- Professional qualification and/or membership of RICS, CIOB, ICES, or other relevant Chartered Institute is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP and Primavera P6 is beneficial.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
