Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a reliable School Cleaner to join a friendly team at a local school in Sidmouth.

This part-time, ongoing opportunity during school term time is ideal for someone local to the area due to limited public transport availability.

Key Details:
  • Location: Sidmouth, Devon.
  • Pay: £12.60 per hour (paid weekly).
  • Hours: 25 hours per week.
  • Shift Options: 1pm - 6pm or 2pm - 6pm.
  • Days: Monday to Friday (term time only).
  • Start Date: Immediate.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning classrooms, halls, corridors, eating areas, and offices.
  • Polishing and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Mopping floors and emptying bins.
  • Cleaning and restocking washrooms and toilets.
  • Maintaining high hygiene standards throughout the school.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous cleaning experience (ideally in a school or commercial environment).
  • Must live locally to Sidmouth or have access to transport.
  • Enhanced DBS check is required (can be arranged).
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
