As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the experience of both our residents and your team. You’ll lead by example, ensuring every individual receives the highest standard of care in a warm, respectful, and supportive environment.

In This Role, You Will:

Lead and motivate a team of Care Assistants to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
Provide hands-on personal care and emotional support to residents.
Administer medication safely and responsibly, following best practices.
Foster a welcoming, homely atmosphere where residents feel valued and empowered.
Maintain clear, compassionate communication with residents, families, and colleagues.
About You:

While an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is a great asset, what truly sets you apart is your empathy, dedication, and leadership. Shift Patterns

The role involves working shifts over 7 days, times are 8pm to 8am including alternative weekend shifts.
