Crynodeb
Working as part of the Reception Team you will: meet and greet patients attending surgery at the front desk answer the telephone book in appointments using EMIS clinical system. deal with any clinical queries or directing these to the correct department. deal with queries relating to prescriptions, appointments, referrals, forms etc or passing to the correct team if required, ensuring that the enquiry is handled efficiently. maintain a professional and calm approach to anyone attending the surgery or calling in on the telephone. support any clinical staff as required ensure clinical rooms stocked at the end of the day. This is a part-time role of 20 hours a week (hours to be agreed) between 08.00 and 18.45 Monday to Friday. You will also be required to work some Saturday shifts and there is also a late clinic every Monday till 8pm and some Tuesday late clinics that will also need cover.
