Family Adoption Links (FAL) is a regional adoption partnership bringing together adoption services across Rutland, Leicestershire, Leicester City, North Lincolnshire, Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire Children’s Trust. We aim to provide excellent, friendly inclusive services to those looking to adopt and families who have adopted. We want our marketing and recruitment activity to reflect the vision and ambition we have for our partnership.
You will be responsible for leading and delivering a regional marketing and communications strategy that both supports the goals of the regional partnership and raises its public profile. You’ll work in full collaboration with six local authorities, managing communications of both internal and external nature, while advising on public and media relations to protect and enhance the reputation of FAL and its commissioning councils.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a person who can lead our recruitment and marketing activity across the partner authorities working collaboratively in appreciating the regional agenda in the context of the Modernising Adoption National Strategy.
We are seeking someone who can work effectively with partners to design, develop and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns to boost enquiries and applications from prospective carers. From social media and digital ads to community outreach and storytelling – your creativity and strategic thinking will be key. Experience of working in adoption is desirable but not essential.
You will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to analyse data to refine messaging and improve campaign performance.
