Summary
• Lead food production, preparing, cooking, and presenting foods according to company standards
• Assign tasks and duties to all kitchen staff
• Plan and implement training for all kitchen staff
• Ensure that company operating standards pertaining to Health and Safety and Food Safety are always adhered to
• Ensure that highest standard cleanliness is maintained in kitchen
• Create and develop new and innovative dishes for inclusion as specials or to add to menu.
