As an Asset Manager at Hyde, you will play a key role in shaping how we invest in our homes by leading our stock condition survey programme, managing data quality, and helping inform long-term asset and sustainability strategies. You’ll work with teams across the business to ensure we provide safe, secure, and high-quality homes for our residents.
Key Duties:
Lead the delivery of Hyde’s stock condition survey programme and ensure data accuracy to support strategic planning.
Manage external survey contractors, ensuring performance standards are met and data is captured and used effectively.
Monitor compliance with housing health and safety standards and respond to performance issues.
Contribute to strategic policy development, including responses to government consultations.
Support decision-making around property disposals and sustainability through robust data analysis and reporting.
