A key element of this service is co-production and harnessing community power in supporting individuals to live well. We already have a well-established and successful co-production forum; it is an exciting time as we work together with our community to extend our service and in bed co-production and lived experience expertise within the services we deliver. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with knowledge and skills in co-production to help us, and the other co-production lead continue to take our vision further. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
