Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for your next contract opportunity? Our client, a well-established M&E Contractor based in Hemel Hempstead, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support their finance team for a 6-8 week assignment.

The Role:
  • Processing high volumes of purchase invoices

  • Matching, batching, and coding invoices

  • Handling supplier queries and reconciling statements

  • Assisting with payment runs

  • General accounts administration and ledger maintenance

✅ What You'll Need:
  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good working knowledge of accounting systems (experience in construction/M&E sector is a bonus)

  • Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
