We’re partnering with a forward-thinking and supportive secondary school in Coventry to find a talented Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant. This full-time, long-term position is ideal for a Maths graduate keen to gain meaningful classroom experience before progressing to teacher training or further study.

Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant – Your Key Responsibilities:
• Support KS3 and KS4 students in Maths lessons
• Deliver focused small group and one-to-one interventions
• Assist with planning and resourcing engaging Maths activities
• Foster logical thinking and numerical confidence
• Work closely with Maths teachers to track student progress
• Help prepare students for exams and boost achievement
• Contribute to enrichment activities such as Maths clubs, coding or chess
Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:
• A 2:1 or higher in Mathematics or a related subject
• Genuine enthusiasm for Maths and education
• Experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, volunteering)
• Strong subject knowledge with an analytical mindset
• Proactive, reliable, and confident communicator
• Ambition to pursue a career in teaching or education
