We’re working with a welcoming school in Warwickshire to recruit a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to provide vital academic and emotional support to pupils with additional needs.

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – What’s on Offer:

• Earn up to £570 per week (term time only)
• Start date: Immediate or September 2025
• Full-time, Monday to Friday role

• Work closely with pupils with a range of SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and SEMH

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Your Role:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEN
• Help create a calm, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Adapt learning materials and tasks to meet individual needs
• Build positive relationships and promote pupils’ confidence and independence
• Collaborate with teachers, the SENCo, and external specialists
• Support pupils' social, emotional, and mental wellbeing

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Ideal Candidate:

• A 2:1 degree or above in any subject (Psychology, Education, or related fields preferred)
• Passionate about supporting students with additional needs
• Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children or young people is a plus
• Patient, proactive, and compassionate approach to education
