Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and support, ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice.
Mentor and supervise junior practitioners and support staff in delivering quality healthcare.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop tailored care plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives to enhance healthcare services.
Educate patients and their families on health management, treatments, and preventive measures.
Remain current with healthcare trends and advancements to guide best practices within the organization.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a clinical setting within the healthcare industry.
Relevant qualifications, including a degree in nursing or a related health discipline.
Registered and licensed to practice in accordance with local regulations and standards.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with the ability to manage complex cases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in mentoring or training staff.
