Description
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Outreach Lead PO1 to join our team and spearhead our outreach initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing outreach programs that engage various communities and stakeholders. You will be responsible for creating strategic partnerships, promoting our mission, and ensuring that our outreach efforts are impactful and aligned with our organizational goals. As the Outreach Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and nurture relationships that expand our network and increase our visibility. Your expertise will help in crafting outreach strategies that not only broaden our reach but also foster collaboration within the community. Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive outreach strategies to engage diverse communities.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and organizations.
Analyze the effectiveness of outreach programs and adapt strategies based on feedback and data.
Coordinate outreach events, workshops, and informational sessions to promote our initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for outreach activities.
Prepare reports and presentations on outreach activities for senior management and stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance outreach efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in outreach, community engagement, or public relations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage different audiences.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
Experience in developing and maintaining partnerships with external organizations.
Ability to analyze data and present insights to guide outreach strategies.
Proficiency in using digital tools and social media platforms for outreach and engagement.
Hours Per Week:
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £20.74
