Summary
Graduate Teaching Assistant - SEN Focus - South East London - September Start
Remedy Education are looking for ambitious and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistants with a strong interest or background in Special Educational Needs (SEN) to join a range of supportive primary and secondary schools across South East London from September.
This full-time, long-term role is ideal for graduates with SEN qualifications or experience who are considering a career in teaching, therapy or educational psychology.
Role responsibilities:

Supporting students with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language needs

Working 1:1 and in small groups to deliver targeted interventions

Assisting teachers in creating inclusive and accessible learning environments

Monitoring progress and helping to implement EHCP targets

The ideal candidate will have:

A degree (preferably in psychology, education, or a related field)

Experience or qualifications related to SEN (e.g. BSL, TEACCH, Makaton, PECS)
