Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver a full suite of beauty and spa services, including facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and more, tailored to each client’s needs.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin/ body goals and recommend bespoke treatment plans.
• Maintain immaculate, hygienic treatment rooms and adhere strictly to health & safety regulations.
• Cultivate strong client rapport, ensuring comfort, satisfaction, and repeat visits.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, techniques, and emerging products through ongoing training.
• Actively promote and upsell our curated range of skincare and wellness products.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist (or related role).
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional presentation, with a friendly yet polished demeanour.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as client demand requires.
