Beaumont Hill Academy are seeking to appoint Family Wellbeing Team Support Workers to join our dynamic and dedicated team. This is more than a role – it’s a calling to be part of a close-knit school community that champions attendance, engagement, and the wellbeing of every child.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting families to overcome barriers to education and build strong, positive routines.
• Conducting home visits and daily check-ins to help boost school attendance and participation.
• Championing the needs of children in vulnerable situations with confidence and compassion.
• Collaborating with a range of partners to ensure every child’s voice is heard and their potential realised.
What We’re Looking For:
• ✔️ A confident communicator who can build trust and challenge when needed.
• ✔️ Someone with professional curiosity and an unwavering focus on children’s outcomes.
• ✔️ Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and multi-agency collaboration.
What You’ll Bring:
• GCSEs in English & Maths (Grade A*-C)
• A warm, empathetic approach with professional boundaries
• Energy, determination, and a belief that every child can succeed
• The ability to reflect on the success of interventions and reshape support as needed to achieve desired outcomes
