Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
Due to the current role holder taking up headship, we are looking for a passionate and creative
Deputy Headteacher who not only shares our
inclusive ethos but wants to bring their own fresh
ideas to the work we do.
Alongside a 0.4 teaching commitment, the appointed candidate will:
• look forward to engaging with our supportive community of parents, carers and wider
stakeholders
• work alongside the Headteacher and
Netherthorpe’s dedicated staff team to further develop the excellent teaching and learning that takes place here
• have the opportunity to develop specific areas
of their own expertise for the benefit of both their career and the school
