Summary
Soft Landings Project Manager (FM) - Holyhead in North Wales
- Choose to be paid PAYE or Self employed
- PAYE Rate is £25.00 per hour OR Self Employed rate is £28.00 per hour
- Work from home however you will need to visit site once or twice per week at the Holyhead location
- Travel expenses will be paid to you.
- Days Monday to Friday - full time hours
- Contract role - ongoing for next few months
Purpose of Role:
- Facilitate the Handover of a newly built commercial building in Holyhead North Wales
- Manage the soft landing of the building project between client and construction company
- Assess all Health and safety and maintenance manuals
- Coordinate the facilities and end of works of the project
- Ensure building is ready for handover to the client
- Ensure the building and its facilities meets legal and compliance standards
Essential Applicant Requirements
- Degree level or equivalent in an engineering or construction discipline
- Experience in construction and building coordination and handover (Soft landings)
- Construction project management experience particularly end of works and handover
- Experience and knowledge of scope of works
- Legal compliance knowledge related to buildings and construction
- Full UK Driving licence
Choose to be paid £25.00 per hour PAYE or £28.00 per hour Self Employed, travel expenses will be paid for, and you can choose to work from home - however 1 - 2 sites visits per week will be required - on going long term role -Holyhead in North Wales
