Summary
1. To draw upon your lived experience to enhance the approaches offered to service users to support their recovery. 2. To facilitate psycho-educational courses in various formats classroom and online. 3. To meet with clients on a one to one basis to facilitate an enrolment appointment and agree a joint enrolment plan relevant to the needs of the client. 4. To ensure all notes, activity and outcomes are recorded accurately in a reasonable working timescale on the appropriate systems. 5. To identify, record and effectively manage risk issues, including communicating with all key stakeholders, and taking the appropriate action in times of crisis and emergency, to ensure the safety of the clients and all concerned. 6. To actively be involved in partnership working to create, develop, facilitate and review current/new courses. 7. To be involved in the audit and evaluation of courses. 8. To receive regular management supervision, and participate in the appraisal process, and the production of own PDR. 9. To receive clinical supervision, when appropriate to individual practice, and by agreement of line manager. 10. To undertake training as required by the service, or as an individual development need, agreed through the supervision process. 11. To undertake any other duties that may be allocated by the service managers, within the scope of the post, and in line with the service specification. 12. To undertake risk assessment for any work undertaken where appropriate, with particular reference to lone working policies and environmental risk. 13.To work within, and promote Trust/PCMH Policies and Procedures
