German and French Teacher (Temporary) - Crawley Secondary School
Are you a passionate German and French teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) looking for a rewarding temporary opportunity in Crawley? A supportive secondary school is seeking a dedicated educator to join their team until October half term. About the Role
In this exciting position, you'll be responsible for inspiring students through engaging German lessons up to GCSE level and French lessons for Year 9 students. You'll craft dynamic lessons, tailoring your approach to meet the diverse needs of all learners, and provide regular, constructive feedback on their progress. Beyond the classroom, you'll be an active member of the German and French department, collaborating with colleagues on innovative teaching strategies and contributing to the overall success of the school's language program.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver stimulating and effective German and French lessons that align with the curriculum.

Differentiate instruction to cater to the varied learning styles and needs of all students.

What You'll Bring

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification is essential.

Proven experience teaching German to GCSE level and French to Key Stage 3 students.

Excellent subject knowledge in both German and French, coupled with strong classroom management skills.
