Full time hours on a temporary basis
We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical, Compliance & Repair Surveyor to oversee the delivery of high-quality mechanical services and ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a £1m mechanical compliance and repairs programme.
- Oversee mechanical safety and legionella risk services.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and best practice requirements.
- Engage residents on mechanical safety and risk awareness.
- Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to maintain service quality.
- Ideal Background:
- Gas Engineering experience or
- Proven experience in Heat Pump installation/repair
