The role
Our Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in the hotel. This role reports directly to the Housekeeping Manager and is part of a team based from our attractive hotel in Milton Keynes.
Housekeeping duties include:
- Clean, dust, and polish all surfaces in guest rooms, including furniture, fixtures, and windows.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels according to hotel standards.
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
- Replenish amenities, toiletries, and other supplies as needed.
- Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
- Collect, sort, and transport laundry to and from guest rooms.
- Operate laundry machines and ensure proper washing, drying, and folding of linens.
Beyond that, you'll represent our company values and culture, ensuring that service excellence remains our top priority.

What you’ll bring to the team
Ideally, you will have some previous housekeeping experience within hospitality or a similar industry. If you are detail-oriented, efficient, and passionate about maintaining a clean and organised environment, we want to hear from you!
