Key Responsibilities
Oversee and deliver our end-to-end catering strategy across racing, events, and hotel F&B.
Lead a team of catering professionals, championing exceptional service and food quality.
Plan, cost, and coordinate rotas, staffing, and resources for high-volume race days and events.
Drive performance through effective monitoring, training, and cross-functional collaboration.
Maximise profitability by streamlining cost of sales, improving retail/F&B offers, and controlling labour budgets.
Build and develop a high-performing catering team while minimising agency reliance.
Spearhead innovation in menus, service, and brand presence across all venues.
About you
At least 5 years’ experience within high-volume hospitality, leisure, or events environments.
Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and deliver large-scale catering operations and complex events.
Strong leadership capabilities, with outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Broad hands-on experience across diverse hospitality settings, including restaurants, banqueting, retail, and hotel food & beverage services.
Commercially astute with a sharp customer focus and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working under pressure, effectively managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, live-event settings.
Confident using business systems and reporting tools, with solid digital and operational literacy.
Full, clean UK driving licence.
If you’re hungry for a challenge and excited to shape the catering future of a dynamic, high-energy venue, apply now and be part of our story.
