Summary
What Youll Be Doing: Leading on medicines management audits, ensuring sites meet regulatory and safety standards. Supporting sites in preparation for CQC inspections. Analysing and reporting on medicines safety and trends to shape safer patient care. Advising clinical and non-clinical teams on medicines management and optimisation. Delivering remote clinical pharmacy services, including medication reviews and prescribing advice (if qualified). Contributing to policy and SOP development within the group. Why Work With Us? Experience in quality improvement and audit within primary care. Strong clinical knowledge and a passion for medicines safety. Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Confident using SystmOne/EMIS, Eclipse, and Microsoft Office. Excellent time management, critical thinking, and communication skills. Independent Prescriber qualification (desirable but not essential). To have successfully completed or due to complete CPPE pathway (desirable but not essential).
