Summary

We're looking for an Administrator to join our project team based in London.



Location: Gerrard's Cross

Permanent - Full-Time



What will you be responsible for?

In this role, you will be working with the team across the Gerrards Cross office, joining our fast-paced construction business across London and Thames Valley which will see you coordinating the Gerrards Cross office and supporting our operational teams on project administrative duties.

Your day to day will include:

-To support with Business Development administration including CRM maintenance, Pipeline trackers, project passports and win plan development

-To assist with and co-ordinate regional comms announcements, client events and press releases

-To support with Business Development research including market mapping, client satisfaction surveys and KPI co-ordination

-Main point of contact for Spaces Receptionist - visitors, access cards, reporting and tracking of issues, general queries, etc

-Premises Management documentation - update appointment sheets, ensuring all testing is up to date, record keeping etc



What are we looking for?

This role of Administrator is great for you if you have:

-Demonstrable experience in the Microsoft 365 suite of applications including Microsoft Dynamics or CRM systems

-Competency in Excel spreadsheets and data interpretation, creation of PowerPoint slides and Word documents

-Takes pride in building stakeholder relationships

-Organised and effective at managing time to ensure timely completion of tasks
