Support children in NurseryWork with the teacher to create stimulating classroom displays and learning resources Maintain a safe and positive environment for all learners
Create opportunities for all learners to reach their potential, irrespective of ability Job Purpose: To work under the instruction and guidance of teaching staff to assist with teaching and learning and associated activities. This may include: assisting with planning, delivery and evaluation of learning activities; supporting of whole class; working with individuals and small groups of pupils. Job requirementsTwo years’ experience in a learning or childcare setting or another relevant field5 GCSE's at Grade C/Level 4 or above or equivalent including Maths and English NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent i.e A Levels
Communication skills to promote and develop effective working with children, colleagues and carers/agencies at an appropriate level to achieve understanding and constructive response
Commitment to the welfare and safeguarding of all children
