Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Up to £29,000 | Full-Time Hours

The nursery is now seeking a qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join the toddler room on a full-time basis, with hours worked across 4 or 5 days to suit your schedule. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is confident in their early years knowledge and looking to be part of a thoughtful, supportive team in a setting that values curiosity, creativity, and care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent (essential)
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s development and wellbeing
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
- A warm, caring, and inclusive approach with great communication skills
- Enthusiasm for outdoor learning and nature-based play
