Full time hours on a temporary basis
We’re looking for a proactive Tenancy Management Officer to deliver end-to-end tenancy services—from property viewings and sign-ups to supporting residents throughout their tenancy.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a patch of tenancies across various tenancy types.
- Identify risks early and support residents to live independently.
- Promote tenancy sustainment and prevent homelessness.
- Handle statutory rights and responsibilities throughout the tenancy.
- Work with partner agencies to deliver positive outcomes.
