Buttons Preschools offer high-quality, nurturing early years education for children aged 2 to 5. We create safe, welcoming environments where children are encouraged to explore, play and grow in confidence, guided by a dedicated and caring team.
Our settings in Ramsgate and Maidstone are both rated Good by Ofsted, reflecting our commitment to supporting children’s learning and development through the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. We value strong partnerships with parents and carers, working together to ensure every child has the best possible start.
We offer more than just preschool provision, we connect families to a wider network of support, helping children to thrive both in and beyond the classroom.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Help children build firm foundations for life through high-quality early years education and care.
Create a warm, nurturing and secure environment where every child feels valued and ready to learn.
Plan and deliver creative, child-centred activities in line with the EYFS and individual needs.
Support children with SEND and work closely with families to encourage engagement and development.
Be part of a collaborative, friendly team that values professional growth and reflective practice.
Contribute to a supportive setting that works with local partners to give every child the best start.
ABOUT YOU
You’ll hold a Level 3 qualification in childcare and have experience supporting young children’s learning and development.
You’re caring, patient and committed to giving every child the best possible start in life.
You’re confident planning engaging activities and can adapt to meet the needs of each child, including those with SEND.
You’re a great communicator, able to work closely with families, colleagues and external partners.
You’re proactive, reflective, and always looking to grow through learning and feedback.
