As a Cleaning Team Leader with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world-class housekeeping service, ensuring the highest levels of quality, consistency, and compliance across your team.​

You will be responsible not only for your own cleaning duties but also for leading, supporting, and motivating your cleaning team to maintain an exceptional standard of service for both customers and colleagues.

The Role​

Supervise and support cleaning operatives to deliver high standards across your area

Carry out general cleaning tasks, including offices, meeting rooms, toilets/showers, and floor maintenance

Ensure correct use of chemicals and adherence to cleaning procedures

Promote and maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety standards

Lead by example, motivating the team to uphold service excellence

Report hazards, near misses, or incidents to your manager promptly​

Excellent customer service skills

Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude

A team player who works well with customers and colleagues

Be able to communicate with all site users in a polite manner

Have a good eye for detail and clean to an exceptional standard
