Summary

We have embarked on an extraordinary journey to create a new museum for London. It will sit in atmospheric former market buildings, at the heart of one of the capital’s most historic and creative quarters, Smithfield. The New Museum project is one of the largest cultural projects in Europe and will transform the museum, Smithfield and the City of London.

We are looking for a Project Management Office Administrator to join the New Museum Project Management Office and support the delivery of this once-in-a-generation project.

The role provides critical administrative, operational and office coordination support to the New Museum project team. It would suit an organised and driven individual looking to take their first steps into museums, or develop their career working in a project context.

Acting as the face of the New Museum project team you will provide a crucial point of contact within the team, as well as with the wider museum, plus external designers and contractors who we are working with to deliver this incredible project.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy project team as we get ready for opening the doors to Smithfield next year.
