Location: Newport

Hours: 37 hours - 8.30 a.m. - 4.30 p.m.

Days: Monday - Friday

Duration: Fixed Term Contract till end of September 2026

Duties:

Provide help, advice and support to customer queries in Housing, Repairs, Complaints and all other business services.
Meeting and greeting customers, contractors and visitors.
Handling payments and reconciling customer accounts.
Processing bookings, collecting and distributing keys.
Creating tenancy agreements.
Managing site health and safety inspections.
Updating in-house database and dealing with all aspects of property and general administration.

Experience:

Must have strong administrative experience with excellent communication and customer service skills, from within the housing, accommodation or lettings sector.
Must have a good level of numeracy, accuracy and a high attention to detail.
Must have a high level of organisational skills and be able to effectively prioritise workload as well as being able to work on own and as part of a team.
A DBS check will be undertaken for the successful candidate.

Salary: £24,493 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience
