We are currently advertising for a Business Support Officer to join the Attendance and Children Out of School Team.

We are seeking a colleague who is super organised, thrives working in a busy environment, someone who is a great administrator with fantastic interpersonal skills and a ‘can do’ attitude, to join the team.

In this role you will be a first point of contact for schools and parents with enquiries relating to the service area, arranging and supporting meetings, taking notes, support the review of operational systems, policy, and processes to ensure continuous improvement, efficiency to maintain high standards of service.

The role is grade 5 for a 12-month fixed term position from start date. The post holder will work within the Attendance and Children Out of Schools team based in Crewe on an agile basis.
