PLEASE NOTE: This role requires relocation to the Turks and Caicos Islands. An attractive relocation package is provided, including a $5,000 one-time payment and one economy return airline ticket.

Our client, a premier food distribution and retail organization in the Turks and Caicos Islands, is seeking an accomplished Senior B2B Sales Manager to lead its Food Service Division. Specializing in high-quality, boutique food products, the company serves a discerning clientele, including luxury resorts, fine-dining restaurants, and specialty retailers. The successful candidate will drive strategic sales initiatives, foster long-term client relationships, and enhance the division’s profitability through exceptional service and market insight.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the Food Service Division, targeting high-value clients such as luxury hotels and gourmet restaurants.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and recommend trending or seasonal products.
Oversee order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of premium products while maintaining quality and food safety standards.
Collaborate with operations teams to streamline invoicing, inventory management, and logistics for client orders.
Promote the company’s boutique offerings to new and prospective B2B clients, emphasizing quality and exclusivity.
Deliver detailed sales reports and client visit summaries to senior management, providing actionable insights.
Mentor and guide junior team members to align with the company’s high standards and goals.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and workplace regulations.
Key Skills & Competencies:

5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in premium food service, hospitality, or gourmet product distribution.
Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets through strategic planning and strong negotiation skills.
Exceptional client relationship management, with experience handling high-value or luxury accounts.
Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with food safety standards and supply chain logistics is a plus.
